Shipping and Returns
Please allow 3-8 business days for shipping within the US and 5-14 buiness days for shipping to Canada.
If you have received an incorrectly shipped or damaged product please contact us.
Returns/Exchanges for Online Customers
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date in original, unused condition for a full refund (shipping charges excluded). Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE.
In order to begin the return process you must send an email to email@example.com stating the following information:
- Customer Name: (the person who purchased the order)
- Order Number:
- Order Date:
- Item being Returned/Exchanged:
- Reason for Return/Exchanged:
Once this information is received, you will be sent a return authorization number and a return shipping address to either our US warehouse. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Once the warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned item and has verified that the item is in its original, unused condition, your credit card will be issued a refund. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund. Please be advised it may take up to 2 buiness days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement once issued.
Please note: all engraved glasses are non refundable, unless damaged upon arrival.
