Pre Christmas Shipping Deadlines

USA Ground Shipping:

  • West coast: Tuesday 18th (delivery on or before Monday, December 24)
  • East Coast: Wednesday 19th (delivery on or before Monday, December 24)

USA Priority Shipping:

  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Thursday, December 20 (delivery on Monday, December 24)
  • UPS Next Day Air: Friday, December 21 (delivery on Monday, December 24)
  • UPS On-Call Pickup for UPS Next Day Air: Saturday, December 22 (delivery on Monday, December 24)

The deadline for pre Christmas delivery to Canada has passed.

Shipping deadline was 10th of December 2018.

Please note all furniture product orders have a 2-3 week delivery time, which is also specified on the product pages.  Please be aware when placing your orders.

** Please note for all Christmas Orders placed on Guinness Webstore , we will accept RETURNS up till the 9th of January, 2019 **

Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-8 business days for shipping within the US and 5-14 business days for shipping to Canada.

** Orders shipped to Canadian customers may be subject to customs charges **

Returns/Exchanges for Online Customers

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date in original, unused condition for a full refund (shipping charges excluded).  Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE. 

In order to begin the return process you must send an email to customerservice@guinnesswebstore.com stating the following information:

  • Customer Name: (the person who purchased the order)
  • Order Number:
  • Order Date:
  • Item being Returned/Exchanged:
  • Reason for Return/Exchanged:

Once this information is received, you will be sent a return authorization number and a return shipping address to either our US warehouse. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Once the warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned item and has verified that the item is in its original, unused condition, your credit card will be issued a refund. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund. Please be advised it may take up to 2 buiness days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement once issued.

Please note: all engraved glasses are non refundable, unless damaged upon arrival.
