Returns
Since your satisfaction is a priority we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. To process a return, please follow the steps below:

1. Complete the return section on your order's packing slip.
2. Secure merchandise in original packaging if available and enclose the completed return form.
3. Return merchandise in "as new" condition by pre-paid mail.

You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable.

When will my order be processed?

When your order is received, it will be processed within 1 business day.

Once my order has been processed, where will it ship from?

All orders placed through the GUINNESS® WebStore ship from the United States. Please check with the customs department in your country about its importation policies to avoid unexpected customs fees or duties.

How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?

Upon authorization of your credit card, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have specified. A shipping confirmation will then be sent to that same email address upon shipment of your order. Most in stock orders are shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Delivery can take between 7-14 business days on US orders depending on chosen ship method. International orders can take 2-3 weeks for delivery.

My order should have arrived by now. What should I do?

If you entered a password at the time that you placed your order, simply provide your information in the order tracking section above. Otherwise, please contact GUINNESS® WebStore and we'll be happy to track your order.

Do you ship internationally?

The GUINNESS® WebStore ships to Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States. Internationally shipping can take 2-3 weeks for delivery.

California Proposition 65
California Proposition 65 requires special product labeling for products containing certain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm if the product will expose the consumer to such chemicals. Lead levels in these products comply with FDA standards.

California requires the following separate notice:
Prop 65 Warning for lead crystal: "WARNING: Consuming foods or beverages that have been kept or served in leaded crystal products will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. This warning does not apply to Baccarat decanters, flacons, stoppered pitchers, mustard and jam pots."

Prop 65 Warning for ceramic tableware marked with a yellow triangle on the packaging: "WARNING: Use of this tableware will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm."

Prop 65 Warning for decorated glassware: “WARNING: The materials used as colored decorations on the exterior of this product contain lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.”

Prop 65 Warning for all other identified products: This product contains lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and other reproductive harm. Wash hands after handling.
